The MS116-2.5 manual motor starter, also known as a motor protection circuit breaker or manual motor protector, is a compact device with a width of 45 mm and a rated operational current of Ie = 2.5 A. It is designed to manually switch motors on and off while reliably protecting them from short-circuits, overload, and phase failures without the need for a fuse. This manual motor starter offers a rated service short-circuit breaking capacity of Ics = 50 kA at 400 VAC and a trip class of 10A. Additional features include a built-in disconnect function, temperature compensation, a trip-free mechanism, and a rotary handle with clear switch position indication. It is suitable for both three-phase and single-phase applications.
